Hi, I'm Lynne

My journey into Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching began over a decade ago in Vancouver, Canada. It was there that I discovered my passion for coaching clients, teaching Holistic Culinary Skills and Eco-Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and leading a successful personal chef and meal prep business.


In 2018, my life took an unexpected turn when I received a diagnosis of an autoimmune condition and chronic fatigue syndrome just before moving to Europe with my family.


This experience completely transformed my perspective on life, turning my world upside down in the best way possible.


I humbly realized that my formal education had been just the tip of the iceberg, I still had so much to learn and integrate into my own life.


During this time, I found myself posing a fundamental question: “If I align my actions more closely with my intrinsic self and embrace my true nature, could I embark on a journey of healing?” The answer was a resounding “YES”!


This revelation completely reshaped my outlook on life and my approach to coaching.


Today, I’m here to support and guide individuals on their wellness journey, helping them take mindful and balanced steps in every aspect of health: self-care, nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and fostering a deeper connection to the environment around us.

HOLISTIC NUTRITION

After training at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition from 2014 to 2016, I saw a need for teaching in this field and sharing the knowledge that was imparted on me. For the last 10 years I have been teaching in Family care, Holistic & Traditional Culinary Skills, Meal Planning, Permaculture, Advocacy & Activism, and Business. I have taught for institutions including the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, the Health Coach Collaborative, Upside Strength Academy, and BPJEPs Macon.


HEALTH COACHING

Health coaching goes beyond just understanding what to eat—it's about empowering you to take responsibility for your well-being in every aspect of your life. It's a holistic approach that considers not only your diet, but also your physical activity, mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall lifestyle. A health coach supports you in making sustainable changes, helping you build healthy habits, navigate challenges, and align your choices with your personal goals and values. Through personalized guidance and encouragement, health coaching empowers you to take control of your health and live a life that feels balanced, vibrant, and truly fulfilling.


HERBALISM

Herbs are a magical gift from nature, offering a wide range of benefits for our health and well-being. Whether it’s using them in teas, tinctures, or fresh from the garden, herbs can support everything from digestion to relaxation and immune function. I’ll help you learn how to grow, harvest, and use these powerful plants in your life, whether you’re looking to enhance your diet, create natural remedies, or simply enjoy their beauty in your garden.


YOGA, BREATHWORK, & SOMATIC HEALING

During my own health journey, practicing yoga and other somatic healing practices helped me destress and stay focused on my goals. There is a lot to be said about how we hold trauma, pain, and suffering in our bodies. This mind-body & self-care practice cannot be forgotten in the path to true health and wellness. I am currently enrolled in a 200-hour Yoga instructor course with a focus on Somatic Healing.


PERMACULTURE

Growing up surrounded by the forest and the ocean, I've always felt a deep connection to nature and a strong desire to protect it. My passion for understanding where our food comes from and how to nourish our bodies started with a small garden in my backyard. I constantly wondered: How can we protect the environment while still growing nutritious food? This curiosity led me to permaculture—a holistic approach to agriculture and land stewardship that mirrors the natural patterns of ecosystems. Permaculture helps reduce waste, prevent pollution, and protect wildlife, all while promoting regeneration and biodiversity. At its core, it’s about growing food and caring for the land in a way that is nurturing, non-destructive, and resilient. It’s not just a method, but a philosophy of living that I wholeheartedly embrace and encourage others to explore. I've interned with Permaculture mentor Geoff Lawton and hold an Advanced Permaculture Certification with Matt Powers.


APICULTURE

When we think of pollinators—the insects that help bring our food to life—honey bees often come to mind, and for good reason! These incredible little creatures are essential to our food system. Without them, much of the food we rely on today would be impossible to grow. But honey bees offer more than just pollination. They also provide magical products like honey, propolis, and other treasures that can support many aspects of our lives. These gifts are perfect additions to our permaculture gardens and can be used in everything from making herbal teas to creating healthy treats!


WELLNESS BUSINESS SUPPORT

Cultivating and inspiring positive change globally is my driving force! As a seasoned mentor and coach, I specialize in guiding individuals and aspiring practitioners in Nutrition, Holistic Culinary Skills, Permaculture, and Business. Since launching my coaching journey in 2013, I've co-founded six businesses and have helped hundreds more get started!
